Kính chào quý luật sư! Công ty Tân Thành Thịnh hiện nay muốn bổ sung thêm 5 thành viên là người nước ngoài: Ấn Độ, Mỹ, Nhật, Úc, Canada thì tôi cần nộp hồ sơ ở bộ phận nào? bên phòng đầu tư hay bên hồ sơ trong nước. Rất mong nhận được câu trả lời của quý luật sư Trân trọng

Đề nghị ông (bà) căn cứ vào Biểu cam kết về dịch vụ của Tổ chức thương mại thế giới và Quyết định 88/2009QĐ-TTg ngày 18/6/2009 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về việc ban hành quy chế góp vốn, mua cổ phần của nhà đầu tư nước ngoài trong các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam để biết được tỷ lệ và ngành nghề mà nhà đầu tư nước ngoài có thể tham gia. 
 
Ông (bà) có thể tham khảo thủ tục và chi tiết về mẫu thông báo thay đổi nội dung đăng ký kinh doanh trên trang Web Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư mục Tiếng Việt/Thủ tục cấp đăng ký kinh doanh và biểu mẫu chi tiết/Thay đổi thành viên….và nộp hồ sơ trực tiếp tại Phòng Đăng ký kinh doanh – Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư.
